WW1 Other ranks kilt of the 10th Battalion Kings Liverpool Scottish. It is of the Forbes tartan. As with most kilts, this example has been modified by the wearer by the addition of a leather belt loop and a brass buckle so that a waistbelt can be added. It has had a repair patch to the inner flap and scattered moth damage. There is a faint 6 digit service number in black ink stamped to the wool lining, although this is now mostly illegible.
