Correctly named Derek Arthur Johnson Derek was awarded hie ISM in 1991. He is gazetted on the 5th of September and recorded as being a chargehand, electrical fitter for the Ministry of Defence. His year of birth is noted as 1926. He served at the very end of WWII, 1944-1946 with the Coldstream Guards, possibly REME as also awarded the Territorial Efficiency Medal, possibly a GSM for Palestine 1945-48 and even likely a WWII War Medal.
