British Shell Dressing Bag British / Canadian British 1937 pattern Shell Dressing Medical Bag, these bags were also issued to Canadian medics. The bag is nicely maker marked with ‘M&Co.’ and dated 1942. The bag is in totally mint and unissued condition!
