British Gas Alarm Rattle 1942 British / Canadian WW2 British Gas Alarm Rattle. The wooden gas rattle was adopted to alert soldiers in the trenches of an impending gas attack. The wooden rattle is nicely maker marked and dated with ‘R.C.D. 1942’. Nice example in good used condition!
