Description
Rarely encountered textbook early war Waffen-SS officers visor by Robert Lubstein ‘Erel’ Hat constructed in tricot wool cloth with a black velvet band around the middle. White officer piping surounds the cap. Complete with an original set of early cupal SS cap insignia (eagle and skull). The skull looks to be Deshler made piece, based on the front designand and the eagle is a typical early Overhoff & Cie type. The cap’s exterior is void of any major damages. The liners shows some sweat staining but other than that is is complete and nice. The sweatband shows a few tears. Maker marked by Erel ‘Privat’. Normal size +-57. A unique chance to obtain an original Waffen-SS ‘Schirmmütze’.
