A very good cased pair of Royal Navy Full Dress Epaulettes. Retailed by S.R. Gould, Royal Navy Outfitters of Devonport, and produced by Gieves of London. These dating to the Edwardian period, as Gould went out of business in 1910, so perfect for a WW1 display. These bearing the rank of Commander. With the added bonus of the tin bearing the original owners name, which allows an opportunity for further research.
