Dutch Black Leather Ankle Boots Holland (Dutch Militaria) Nice pair of Dutch black leather lace-up ankle boots. Dutch soldiers were often asked to bring their own black leather lace-up ankle boots. This is due to material shortages in the Dutch army. The boots are in good used condition, hard to find pair of Dutch low boots!
